Terms of Service

By using Jony Captions ("Service"), operated by Yonathan Helperin Business Consulting ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Jony Captions provides automated video captioning services via WhatsApp and a web-based editor. Users send videos through WhatsApp, our AI transcribes the audio, and returns the video with burned-in captions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• •You access the Service via your WhatsApp phone number
• •You are responsible for all activity under your number
• •You must not share access or impersonate others

You agree NOT to:

• •Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
• •Upload content containing child exploitation, violence, or hate speech
• •Use the Service for spam, fraud, or commercial mass-messaging
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• •Upload copyrighted content you don't own or have rights to

• •You retain ownership of all videos you upload
• •You grant us a temporary license to process your video (transcribe, add captions, store temporarily)
• •We do not claim ownership of your content
• •Processed videos are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours

• •Transcription is AI-generated and may contain errors
• •We do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• •You are responsible for reviewing and editing captions before publishing

• •Free tier: 5 videos per month
• •We reserve the right to change quotas, features, or pricing at any time
• •Premium features may be introduced in the future

• •This Service operates via the WhatsApp Business API
• •By messaging our number, you consent to receiving automated responses
• •You can opt out at any time by sending "stop" or blocking the number
• •We comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy

• •"Jony Captions" name, logo, and caption styles are our intellectual property
• •You may not use our branding without written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• •We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
• •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any)
• •We are not responsible for WhatsApp outages, API changes, or third-party service failures

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• •We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms
• •You may stop using the Service at any time
• •Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via WhatsApp or the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
